Reconnect mind, body and Self through embodied practice
How often in a day do we get the chance to stop and notice our internal world and experience? Use the practice of coming to your mat to cultivate awareness of your mind and body.
Find the practice that works for you. Whether a few mindful breaths or a full asana sequence, take what you need for the day and develop your body's intuitive wisdom to guide you.
Yoga asks us to show up exactly as we are. When we welcome our full selves to the mat, we create space and acceptance for others as well. By practicing that in community, we empower each other.

My yoga is a discipline in cultivating awareness, connecting to the authentic self, and building inclusive and intentional communities for all skill levels and populations.
Yoga helped me reconnect mind-body-soul.
Each month, I work with a set group of students for the month on a peak pose or sequence the group collectively chooses. These curated group sessions allow me and my students to co-create the experience together. Sessions meet weekly.
