How often in a day do we get the chance to stop and notice our internal world and experience? Use the practice of coming to your mat to cultivate awareness of your mind and body.
Find the practice that works for you. Whether a few mindful breaths or a full asana sequence, take what you need for the day and develop your body's intuitive wisdom to guide you.
Yoga asks us to show up exactly as we are. When we welcome our full selves to the mat, we create space and acceptance for others as well. By practicing that in community, we uplift each other.
I'm a yoga instructor with a focus on meditation, mindful movement, and alignment.
I incorporate props to support the body. It's not always about nailing a pose, but listening to how your body wants to express a pose that day.
Through yoga, we can cultivate more compassion and embodied awareness of the present moment.
Each month, I work with a set group of students for the month on a peak pose or sequence the group collectively chooses. These curated group sessions allow me and my students to co-create the experience together. Sessions meet weekly.
